I have lost some weight, but somehow without doing much to strengthen my legs, my calves are bigger. It's largely muscle, but I have about 3 pair of knee high boots that I love that i can't zip up now, because my calves are too big and i get bruises. It's not of major importance, but I thought if someone out there knows how so i can where my boots and skinny jeans without looking like a body builder, i'd appreciate it.

This might sound crazy, but you could start working out less. If your muscles aren't used very often then the muscle will turn to fat. Then once this happend you could use light weights to burn off the fat. If you were to use heavy weights you would only make your calves larger by increasing the muscle. My calves used to be bigger but then I started working out with light weights ( like 10 lbs) and now I would have to say my legs look pretty good. This will be difficult considering your calves are used 24/7 when you walk. You could also where more heels to get your calves toned down a little. Sorry, I wasn't too mush help. Good Luck!
