I love crawfish! Everytime I visit my daughter, who lives outside of Baton Rouge, we always go somewhere for crawfish. The first time I had it was at some kind of festival, then one of her neighbors had a ton of it on their picnic table and the rest of the times have been at Bootins'.
She just moved and I'm not sure if they have crawfish in Texas or not.

Heck yes!! Get yourself a piroug full of crawfish, red potatoes, and corn. Couple of kegs, cold drinks for the small frys and you got yourself a party CAJUN style!!

Absolutely! When someone know how to boil live crawfish, they taste excellent! Don't ever buy frozen ones. . . they taste yucky!

I make a delicious Cajun Gumbo, Main ingredient is Crawdads (besides the Roux)! MMmmmm That Stuff is good! I think I am going to make a pot!
