I lost my itunes, and all the songs on it, i have tried to reinstall it but get the following message 'quicktime version 7.0d0 is installed, itunes requires quick time version 7.1.3 or later, please reinstall itunes'. i delete whats remaining of itunes and quicktime, tried to reinstall itunes, but get the same message, somebody please help!!

The main problem seems to lie with your quicktime player
Currently version: 7.1.3 is out
Please update to this version.

Then I suggest you redownload Itunes

Have you tried doing a system restore to an earlier time when you know that itunes was ok?

go to your email you had when you first downloaded it an then you can use that to download again it happened to me and that is what i did and it worked good luck.
