Real VNC is used to remote control one PC from another. If you have VNC installed on both PC, start the VNC Server service on the PC you want to access. When installed, the service can be set to automatically start on bootup.

From the other PC, run the VNC viewer. It will ask for the IP address of the PC you are trying to control. Enter the address. When prompted for the PC to the other PC, enter it.

At that point you should be able to see and remotely control the other PC.
