How much should you tip the airport shuttle driver?

I usually give them around $2-$3 if they help with luggage, nothing if they don't.

If they help with the bags I usually tip 1 or 2 dollars a bag. If you are in the airport lot and they drive you up to your car and don't make you walk. I tip a couple of bucks even it they don't help with the bags.
