I had horrible posture until I started working as a bagger at a grocery store and saw all kinds of ladies, most old, some not that old, with hunched backs. The place where people slouch the most without realizing it is the upper back between the shoulders. Try to not lean against the back of chairs, and make yourself do what the old evil school teachers used to do: pull back your shoulders and straighten from the neck down. It hurts at first because you are exercising muscles that are weak, but I got stronger and more energy just from that, and sucking in my stomach when i was too heavy to do sit-ups.

The muscle groups within the again get vulnerable and ought to be bolstered. You can repair it, however you are not able to simply attempt to transfer your neck again and feel it'll get constant.
