If you have a DVD player and some hand weights, get one of the dvds from the Firm series. Nothing works as well. You can check them out from the library or get them on ebay. They work great. If you're super busy, a lot of them have the abilitiy to break the workout down, so you can do the arms section for 15 minutes, then if you have another 15 minute break, do the aerobics section.
Good luck!

There are exersize videos for children out there that are fun for adults. Get some and have the kids workout with you. Some easy tips-make additional trips from the car to the house. If you have upstairs/downstairs laundry, take a handful at a time instead of carrying the basket with you with the entire load. While watching t.v., do sit ups/crunches. On your lunch, weather permitting, take a walk if you can. I understand the time issue, but if you really think about it, you can find little things to help loose a few extra pounds.

You can't beat jumping rope for burning calories and fast results. If I'm short on time, I will jump rope in my garage. If you're not used to working out, you might only be able to do it for a few minutes because it's really hard work! I love to use my treadmill or go to different classes. But, after all the kids' activities and other priorities, sometimes 15 min. of jumping rope is all I can squeeze in.

As a mom mof 3 under 5 I know how hard it is to find time.. but I totally give it to you for even wanting to try!!
You have to use your imagination alot...
If you have stairs.. do stairsteps.. walk or run up & down them
After the kiddo's go to bed slip in a DVD and do a excersise program. Or I pile all the boys into one room and as they play I lay on the floor with them and do crunches or jumping jacks.... little things like that add up!

Power yoga with the Livingarts Series. The workouts are in 20 minute increments and perfect for evening. You can do them all as a block, too for a 60 minute workout on weekends.
