Just a guess, but try using blue food coloring in some chicken or pineapple. The coloring won't affect the taste or you. Or, if you are making the crust from scratch???

Orange Bell Peppers would work great for the orange , but don't know of anything to use for the Blue! The other Answerer is correct on the Pineapple. It should soak up the Blue food coloring really well.

Well, orange is easy with shredded cheddar cheese, but blue is really tough. It is the color least found occurring in food naturally. You could go with a purplish eggplant. I know that's not exactly what you were looking for.
I'm going to guess that you might be able to use food coloring for it on a white shredded cheese, like mozzarella, but don't blame people if they won't eat it. Any time you artificially put a color like that on there, it's going to look "unappetizing." It may end up looking like mold.
I think your best bet is to go with a dessert pizza. That way, you can use something like orange and blue M&Ms or orange and blule icing or whatever.

Instead of making a normal pizza, make a fruit pizza and use blueberries and oranges.
Or make a taco pizza with blue chips and doritos
There are orange peppers but as far as anything blue for pizza I can't think of anything. If you really want normal pizza, make it normal and have sides and snacks with those colors. Good luck!

I would make a standard pizza to your likings then decorate the pizza with the blue and orange topping on top of the regular toppings and make the teams name or mascot out of them (for the gator you could use green bell peppers - sounds like fun - good luck.

Either use blue food dye in the regular crust OR use blue corn meal and make a Mexican pizza. (Place the cornbread mixture on the pizza plate and bake till 'just set', then remove). Top with refried beans, mushrooms, etc whatever you like and then top with lots of cheddar cheese (orange). Bake till completely done and bubbly.
