you know when your hopes are too high, and you know you shouldn't get them too high, but you do it anyway, and then something comes and smashes everything and you feel like an idiot, but then you tell yourself that you shouldn't jump to conclusions too fast, but you can't help but feel that everything is smashed when it might not really be the case, and you still are annoyed and you want to confront the person, but you think it will make things worse, but you're still not sure that this will happen, so you lay in your bed thinking and can't get enough sleep and you feel that your head and chest will explode ? that's how i feel right now. it sucks. worst feeling ever. what should i do now? should i just get it out of my head? it's overwhelming!!!

PS sorry for the running statements. i just needed to get it off my chest :(

Just breathe, You are worried about too much that you have no control over. If you beleive in a higher power pray and ask for help in resolving things. If you can just relax and have patience youg grass hopper lol couldnt help but put it that way. A lesson I learned to late but use now is the last one to talk wins. Wait and see what the other person says and breath and think about what you have to say before blurting it out. Its better to remain silent and "see where the chips fall" than to have to be the first one to talk and loose and dignity or self respect you may have. Best of luck my biggest thing is relax and find something else to think about. Play with you pet take it for a walk just have some quiet time.

Are you talking about you expectations for a person that you felt was feeling the same as you and they broke your heart. If that is what your so upset about, the best thing if you can call some of your friends or whatever and talk your heart out and get out the bed, I know it so hard to do. If you'll go somewhere a vacation out with friends , to dinner just anything to get your mind away from thinking about your problem. Go shopping just anything to take your mind off of your problem. It'll take a long time everyday it will get better, I know it's easy for someone to say, when their not in your mind. I went through same thing and feel like you just can't go on, but just try, okay it'll get better as time goes by

yes u should definitely try to get it out of ur chest it will help u a lot. if u feel strong enough to confront the person then i say go for it, but if u can't, find somebody else to say it to because u won't be able to sleep at night.

figure out what you'll do if the bad thing you THINK happened actually happened/does happen, then take some nyquil and go to sleep. if the **** really does hit the fan, you'll be prepared, and if there's not really a problem, you won't have lost toooo much sleep over it.
