Actually you are the master. They can't charge you for money you do not borrow, and you can even get free loans from them - they do not charge interest for 30 days on all charges. The trick if to control your compulsion to buy what you can't afford. You have to be your own Master.

So, if you are the "take charge" "responsible" type, then you are in control - if not, then you are probably a perpetual victim in lots of other areas of your life as well...

You are responsible for your own actions. If you charge a purchase and do not pay on time they will be calling you and/or charging you a late fee. Or worse hitting your credit reports with a 30-days late remark.

Don't expect MasterCard to lend you money and never asked for payment because that will never happen. The process is rather simple to follow., they lend you money you pay the minimum or pay it back in full by the due date or you'll be in trouble.

If you are a "slave" of interest is by your own fault. No one is putting a gun to your temple and making you spend out of control and paying the minimum. You charge it, You'll need to be responsible and pay it back.

If you want to be the "master" start by being responsible and paying your MasterCard balance in full. That way, they will not charge you interest and you won't become their "slave".
