I go with this guy and i love him him so much...and he knows that..and he tells me he loves me back but how do i know if he is telling me the truth or how do i know he really means it.

By his actions- you will know, its not just about his words. He will show you.

its hard to know just by tossing the words around. Evaluate his actions and whether or not they back the sentiment up.
There have been instances when an I love you is just as casual as the "bless you" when someone sneezes or the courtesy wave when let into traffic.

If he says he loves you and shows you with things other than words or sex from time to time, then trust him and believe him.

you shouldn't have to wonder go by instinct cause mos likely what your feeling is right. talk to him tell him not to say it if he doesn't mean it and that you'll understand and wait till he's comftorable to say it.
