If you have depth perception issues, you are going to have a difficult time even getting a pilots license, let alone doing that in the AF. You can always get a waiver, so ask about that. If you want to get a jump on it, find an FAA medical examiner, and pay for your eyes to be examined. If you can't obtain a first class medical certificate, the AF won't take you either.
