One of the reasons for insomnia can be if the body and mind are nit receiving a certain amount of exercise. If you work with your mind more than your body during the day, it could definitely benefit you to do some exercise, but not just before you want to get to sleep-leave at least a couple of hours space.

Yes it will do good and it should help you relax and thus sleep better!!!
Be sure and take some deep breaths while walking and stretch before and after

i will do you good, but do it more than an hour before going to bed otherwise it might keep you awake.

make it half hour walk and it will relax you and no it wont keep you awake
