I think everyone will have a different answer here since everyones feet are different.
Ex narrow wide..Arches maybe diff!
One thing i will tell you that will work for everyone is this.
Insoles.I buy the Dr Scholls inserts for diabetics even though i am not diabetic.
They are the best shock absorbtion and the best for your legs /feet!
They are kinda pricey but worth EVERY penny!
Around 17 bucks per pair!
Be sure and take the insert that comes with your shoe before inserting them .Otherwise your shoe will be too tight!

You need to go to an actual shoe store and have the clerks fit you with the proper shoe for what you plan to do. Find you nearest actual shoe store and let them fit you.
