Protein and weight training is what makes muscles grow bigger. Anyway you can buy some protein powder or get protein supplements at walmart I am sure. However, you're going to need to work out or you'll not see any effect.

no. walmart doesn't sell steroids. if you want your muscles to "grow", try some weight training.

NO these type of pills are illegal, and harmful, the best way is though exercise
