I am looking to do something more exciting at the gym. I am getting tired of using the same equipment day after day. My gym offers a "Kwando" class at a time that is convenient for me. There is also "Kwando Flex" offered once a week. Does anyone know about this?
Thank you in advance for any help.

i have never heard of Kwando.now Tae Kwan Do is roughly translated to be the art of kicking.we learn to become very flexible.i`m 48 and am more flexible than most young professional athletes.i can stand 1 foot from a wall with my back towards the wall and kick it with a front high kick.i can stand on a 6 inch platform and put my palms on the floor that`s 6 inches lower than my feet.i can jump over 6 feet high and that`s not bad for someone that could barley walk when i started martial arts, tko

Kwando is a kick boxing style aerobics class offered at Bally Total Fitness Clubs. It's very similar to Tae Bo. It's mostly cardio but there are some resistence exercises done as well.

"give me kwando, kwando, kwan-dooooo"
only know it as a song.

it could very well be taught with a side salad or fries (McDojo)

Give it a try you don't have to be the best in the class, just make sure you enjoy it or you will not last very long

It could be a variation of Tai Kwon Do. But I'm not sure.
