It is a blank black window and it won't disappear even if I hit the Task Manager!!!

You have the brontok virus! You might try the symantec site for a removal tool if you can connect, you mite also wise up and learn NOT to use file sharing sites!

Wow some quick research shows this one to be nasty. Try a online scan at

I am not sure it will be able to remove it so I am including a link to hijackthis.
Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis.
Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.
Please be careful with hijackthis. You may want to consider heading on over to http://www.dslreports.com/forum/cleanup . They have some very good people there to help with the removal.
