I personally am not filled up at all by a salad or popcorn, thats just me though. You are looking for foods with lots of protein, protein is what is going to make you "feel full." Im not sure what your ultimate goal is here but a good plan to be on is to eat 5 (or so) meals a day. Obviously these are not 5 FULL meals but 5 small meals. This will keep your metabolism cookin and as long as you are not eating crappy food you will not gain weight. However many calories you are trying to consume daily, just divide that into 5 meals and you will be fine. Boneless skinless chicken breast will have about 210 calories and 40g of protein. cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts-Any gas producing or water filled vegetables should do the trick.
You can also drink a tall glass of water and popcorn.
