I have used this conditioner many times...and I have had blonde hair for a while. I recently just bleached my roots so it may not be a good idea to dye over the blue...do you think it will just shampoo out? hopefully. please advise- also if u have any suggestions about new blonde shampoo/conditioners - or personal tips...it would be highly appreciated. thanks a lot.

You should be able to get the blue tinge to dissipate with several thorough washings, preferrably with a clarifying shampoo. Clarifying shampoos can be drying, so be sure to use a good hydrating conditioner afterwards.

Let it sit in vinegar for 10 minutes. Then shampoo and condition with a different conditioner(just until the blue is gone.). Do this as often as needed.

You may need to use a hair clarifier that salons sell. Here's a recipe for a clarifier that you can also try out... http://www.recipezaar.com/52111

My cousin who is blonde also had a green build up in her hair from the water at her home and she was told to use Joy dish detergent.

you may bypass to a salon and ask for a tonale cleanse... try an aveda salon.... and they are going to use enlightener (bleach) a clarifing shampoo and warm water. it truly is going to do the trick. maximum folk will blonde hair that has been bleached have porous hair which will suck in something with shade in it.. such as spray on hair shade... hair mascara etc..... and this is going to stay in. even semi and demi shade.

Someone once told me that tomato sauce helps to counter react on blond hair. I don't have blond hair, so I can't say from experience though.
