If you want good burgers, try marinating them overnight in some Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and grill. This works great for steaks too.
You can also mix into the beef some finely chopped onions and green peppers, and a little shredded cheese and grill.
Enjoy!

Buy a beef tenderloin and marinate it in fajita seasoning, lawry's seasoning salt, lemon pepper and anything else you think would be good because the more seasoning the better. Put it on the grill when the coals are really hot. 5mins each side or until its done enough for your liking. It is so excellent everytime and i season it differently each time. Nice and tender and full of flavor.

Get a London Broil, marinate in whatever you wish (just make sure you use olive oil somewhere so the meat will stay moist) slap it on the grill for about 6 minutes each side and you're good to go. Just make sure to slice the meat very thin because london broil is very lean and it will be tough if you slice it too thickly. also make sure that your meat is at room temperature before you cook it and let it rest for a few minutes after taking it off the grill before slicing. it's good with hollandaise or bernaise sauce, some crusty bread, and a salad.
