No I would not.
And for those who equate using pesos with Canadian currency, you need to look at the big picture. Canada is not sending illegals across the border. They are not encouraging it. We do not have 20 million illegal Canadians in this country. Can't you see that accepting pesos is one more step toward becoming the United States of Mexico? I already live in Mexifornia.

There are businesses along the border with Canada that have take both US and Canadian dollars for years. This is nothing new. People aren't going to sneak across the border just to get a slice. If the business wants to go to the trouble of changing the Peso's to dollars then let them. We have no problem with the US dollar being used in other countries. It's pretty hypocritical for us to be appalled if a US business accepts a foreign currency.

Sure, why wouldn't I? All sorts of businesses close to the US-Canada border (on both sides!!!) accept both American and Canadian money. I don't understand why anyone would be upset about a business that wants to make it easier for their customers to pay for their purchases.

Not sure what the problem is.
Here in Michigan, and probably in other states bordering Canada, we've been accepting Canadian dollars in our stores for years.
No crisis, just a fact of the situation. Why should a business turn down a customer for something like that? It makes no sense.

Who really cares how they pay for the pizza. As long as they are getting paid. It's not my business so if they want to accept pesos it's their problem.

In fact, I'd try to sneak in and use their restroom without buying anything, and leave it very "messy" if you know what I mean.
If they don't mind trespassers, they shouldn't have a problem with it.
