Weathermen/women use this as a tool in their work. Scientist use water evaporation to determin rainfall possibilities in drought areas.

Evaporation can be used ot remove salt from water. In some areas people will gether the salt left in tidal pools in which the wate rhas evaporated. You can also remove water or produce evaporation by heating water/liquids.
Evoporation is essentially used in making whisky in which the liquid mash is evaporated by heat , turned into a gas, which is than cooled into a liquid again(this is the whisky) and bottled. this leaves the remants in the bottle to be discarded. Many medicines are made this way also. By evaporating the product into a contaioner leaving impurities.

If u understand ...... Every CC of water evaporated will absorber 60 calories . Now try to find the return of the same 60 calories when the water condenses in a cloud.
That is where the monster cones from in a cloud.
