ok i like this girl that has a bf. the bf treats her like so badly. she flirts with me almost every day in my 4th block class and i flirt back. we also danced at a school dance, it was a slow one. i think she likes me and i like love her. but what should i do since she has a bf.

Here's how you play this. Learn what an Indicator of Interest is from a girl.

This is something that will help you for your entire life.

If you touch a girl and she doesn't pull away, that's an indicator of interest (IOI). If you meet a girl... and she asks your name, thats an IOI. When you hold a girl's hand, squeeze it a little. If she squeezes back, it's an IOI.

Once a girl gives you 3 IOI's, you should make a move to kiss her. Period. It's automatic.

Here's a good way to do it. Once you get the 3rd IOI, turn and face her and say "Do you want to kiss me?"

If she says yes (rare), you kiss her.
If she says maybe, hesitates (or something like), or doesn't answer... you say "Well, lets find out..." and you kiss her.
If she says no, you say "Well, I didn't say you could. You just looked like you had something in mind."

All your bases are covered, no risk. You should make a move on this girl. You can be the man... or you can be another average frustrated chump. What would you rather do?

Ok, my guess: she is mistaking you for a fool.
I had a girl do the same kinda thing my freshmen year of high school, only she actually went so far as dating me.
But think, why does she like this guy? A few possible reasons:
1. He insists things be exciting. If she asked him to go dancing he'd say "(*&(* that, that's boring let's go skinny dipping".

2. He's very fit and/or very aggressive in bed: and his skill in bed makes up for his shortcomings (cheating, yelling, whatever). She might even have assumed from the beginning that, since he treats girls so badly, that he just MUST have some great skill to keep them around.
Note: having a high aerobic stamina and some strength really helps here (work out more to get this if you don't have it already), if you can life your girlfriend off her feet "literally" and have her wrap her legs around you as you kiss her "above the ground" for at least a whole minute, she'll love you for it (every girl I've dated has).

3. He has enough balls to actually "ask her to ask herself out with him". For example if she was flirting with him (just before they started dating), he'd say something like "hey, can you pay for a drink for me on the way home?" and she'd think 1) that guy likes me 2) that guy's very confident and demanding he must have some great skills that allow him to get away with that

The best thing to do, man, is exhibit those strong behaviors and make things exciting. Dating kinda like 30 year olds (traditional dancing, movies, school sponsored events) is not exciting, sneaking out at night to a desolate beach and rolling around in the sand is exciting (so are occasional house parties once you get in good with her).

Just have fun like that and she'll have fun....Women often say one thing IE "I want a nice guy" and then do another, chances are, unless she steps in your face and says no, she pretty much thinks what you think is exciting is exciting.

So don't be fake and have a blast!

How do you know he treats her bad? Maybe she likes the bad boy thing. You are not her savior.
Leave her alone she has a man and must love him to be with him. People flirt all the time and do not mean anything by it.

Ask her straight up If she really likes you like that and see wat her anwser is, If her anwser is "yes" then ask her out, her anwser will be "I have a boyfriend" You say, "Well since you like me and I like you then maybe you could dump him for me?"
