It obviously is something involved in your mind. Probably a psychosomatic illness as all the doctors are calling it. Stop pretending you have something and get on with your life, no more injecting sweater lint into your pores!!!

I wasn't aware of this disease until I researched it on the net.
I don't see where it involves the government, it is one of those rare diseases that needs more research done on it. Not enough people have it to make it in the headlines. The morgellon disease foundation website lists newspaper articles where it has been discussed. How about getting in touch with the large pharmaceutical companies to see if there are any trials going on with meds or if they are doing any research on it.
sorry I can't be of much help at this time.

I am unsure why you think the government is responsible for your condition.
Since there is little known about this condition thus far there is no way to know where it's origins are or how one contracts it. I would suggest you look at the on line sites created specifically geared towards people with similar symptoms.

this link seems to have a lot of links to various stories and message boards.

It is not the responsibility of the government to take care of all your problems.
Unless, of course, you want to relinquish all of your rights, in which case you would then be a slave subject to wims of your master...
Good luck...
