Yes, In deed you may have a buisness of your own however their will be restrictions. Depending of the type of charge or charges. How the system will catch up with you is when applying for various of liences that will be required. So It all depends of the type of felony charge

I think it depends on your business. For example, you can't hold a liquor license if you are a convicted felon, so that would eliminate things like running a bar or any establishment that serves liquor, but I don't know about anything else.

yes, but you will have to run a background check on yourself. first, fill out your job application that you have given yourself and then you, as the employer, will have the option to lie or tell the truth to yourself, so, what's it gonna, be, self ?
