Decongestants, but some people have a problem with their heart racing when they take them. If your problem is an allergy, an antihistamine might help. I have to take a combination decongestant and antihistamine.

Like, besides blowing it frequently? Do you have a sinus infection or a reason that your nose is blocked? Most nasal sprays can become addictive. I would suggest getting a saline nasal spray, which will just moisten and loosen the mucous in your head and make it easier to blow out. Using a decongestant tablet may be effective for short periods of time. Try something with pseudoephedrine in it like Sudefed or Advil Cold and Sinus. Available OTC, Read the label before taking it.

I had an addiction to afrin for a few years. I used saline with Eucalyptol and Menthol and it worked great. My Dr. ordered allegra D that also helped.

yes but-is not the most pleasant thing to do Sniff salt water. It
really works.

Highly pressurized blasts of air, but I don't recommend it highly...hemorrhaging is often a problem.....
