Check out http://www.ClassTopic.com They have some great topics that I've used in the past. Each topic has three good sources to get you started on the research, too.

If your presentation needs to be 10 minutes long, your presentation will need to be between 15-20 slides. You can pretty much figure 30 to 45 seconds for each slide. That's a long time if you're standing in front of an audience.

The key is to find something you're passionate about and that you know well. For example if it were me I would speak on something like recycling or cooking. Another key to presenting is just to realize that the people in your audience are people. When doing your presentation be as natural as you can. Talk to them as a whole like you would talk to them as individuals. And get them involved during the presentation. Encourage questions and ask them questions they will need to respond to. It's a time filler...

I know this may not have been what you were looking for but I hope it helps some. Good luck.

Well, without knowing exactly what class your presentation is for and what the criteria is...

How about the causes of indecisiveness?

Tie in how being indecisive stems from procrastination, lack of confidence and some times psychological disorders (like Bi-polar disorder).

You could start the whole thing off with:
"When I first heard about this assignment, I could not decide on what to do for a presentation. After thinking about it for a long time, and doing some online research on what a good topic may be, it came to me... indecisiveness. What causes people to hesitate when they need to make a decision... etc. etc. etc."
