Let me break it down for you:
Performance: Jeep
Styling: Jeep
Value: though more expensive, still the Jeep
Its a little one sided, I know, but the Jeep is a ground up performer, Chevy just threw a big engine in the Trailblazer and sported up the exterior.

every person i know has either sued the dealership they got their trailblazer from or returned it under the lemon law (if it is new and get major work done to the same thing 3 times = lemon) my sister has had horrible electric problems with hers
so if you can get a trailblazer that happens not to be a POS the jeep will still dust it the SS is a badge they put on the truck more than anything thay do a bit here and there to the engine and what not but the SRT8 is just FAST and reliable you cant beat a Jeep and the SRT8 has a great luxury aspect to it too

i would go with the chevy cuz its a lot better all around. it may not make as much as the srt8 by like 10 15 hp but the engines way better. the chevy is way cheaper then the srt8 and is better cuz its got onstar which is sweet and gm by far has the best techs and service ever so if it breaks theyll give you the honest answer not an answer or opinion that is going to break your pay check. but in the end its what you like and what you would like to be driving in. so another thing you can do is find a chevy dealership that has the ss on the lot and a jeep dealer with the srt8 and see if theyll let you test drive it then you can truely see what each one is made of.

hands down JEEP Grand Cherokee SRT8. the Trail Blazer is junk it has an obsolete transmisson 4L60 and it handles like a shopping cart with a detuned 6.0 in it Chevy tried to make something fast out of something that should be in the scrap heap. they just took parts and threw them on a regular turd.. the jeep had engineering behind it and it was built to be the fastest SUV out there.. i want one soooo bad but cant decide on jeep or charger SRT8 they are some BAD AZZ rides. my buddy has the Magnum SRT8 and it is one crazy grocery getter

JUST BUY THE JEEP SRT8 JEEPS HAVE A GOOD REP AND ARE REALLY RELIABLE
