I work with two year old children. They don't listen either. I think it's a matter of being interested in what is said.

Nobody listens, the world is screwed up and people don't care hence they are not listening.

I'm in my 40's, and I think I just started....LOL
I think I was too arrogant when I was younger....I thought I knew everything in my 20's....and forgot most of it during my 30's.....
Perhaps that's the reason.....
