I agree with illybubs about the straightener you should use. It's an investment but they WORK. Also, if you don't have oily type hair (so if you're normal or dry) don't use shampoo everytime you wash your hair. I use it once every 3-4weeks and use conditioner or just rinse instead. If you use conditioner every time apply it to your tips more than your roots. It will keep your hair from losing important moisture for curly hair, that's why it frizzes b/c it does not have enough natural oils in it.

you need a salon quality hair straightener since it has the highest heat. the higher the heat, the straighter and smoother it will be. drug and department store straighteners will not do it. i suggest torlen or chi straightener. use a straightener spray or liquid to protect your hair and then straighten hair. when done, use a silicone serum to make it shine and also to keep it from getting frizzy again. both products will prolong the straight/smoothness. i have the same problem as you and this is the only solution i have found to work.

try Nicky Clarke straighteners they are really effective and leave your hair really straight. You could also try Frizzease products. I also reccomend Charles Worthington shampoo. It won't make your hair any straighter but it does leave it looking lovely. Why don't you ask your local hair dresser or research on the internet.

Hope this helps!

get some good straighters ... i mixed raise and have afro hair and i use 'ake by corioliss' but i think they are only availble in certain places. Though GHD straighters are really good because i tryed them at my mates house. (Use Frizz-Ease products they are really good and esicapally use the serum finishing spray it stops it from going frizzy for agessssssss like all day)
