I can't really tell much with the lighting in the picture. I can tell you have dark hair though. If you go all blond, you will have roots that you will have to touch up every 6-8 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. It's a lot of up keep. Also when going from dark to blond, you take a chance of your hair not going totally blond with the first application of color, it may get stuck in a red or red/orange stage. I would suggest getting some highlights first. I have dark hair and I've been all blond before and I looked too washed out and pale, now all I do is highlights and I like them much better.

I've dyed my hair every color under the sun, and I think you should go with whatever makes you happy. You'll probably do blonde for a while and then decide to go to another, and so on. At least, that's what I did. Do whatever sets you free. Just be careful with ash blondes. If you are not experienced with coloring hair, it can come out green. Especially, if you plan on going in a chlorinated pool at any point after coloring.

Good luck!! ♥

I can’t tell in your picture if you have light or dark skin. If you have light skin sometimes blonde hair makes you look really pale. Light hair looks good on dark skin!! A NICE salon will tell you what does and doesn't look good on you!!! DO NOT color your hair yourself!! Go to a professional stylist!!! Go to a nice place!!! I’m serious!! You have to find a good color stylist! I have had the same one for 15 years! She will not let me get a color or cut that I want if it won’t look good on me. If you go to a nice place and find a good color stylist they will not do you wrong!!! No matter what color they change it to it will look awesome on you!! Then be sure you have it done every 6 to 8 weeks depending on your hair growth!!! If you can’t get it done every 6 to 8 weeks then don’t do it! You will have reverse stunk syndrome!!! Not good!! You want to go totally blonde? Hmm, I dont know if I could imagine that on you, especially in the winter. If anything, wait til spring...blonde works better in the spring/summer.

Try ash first, then if you like it try blond high lights.

Your hair is reallly dark to go blonde. You will have roots constantly. Some honey colored hilights would be nice.

I think you'd look really good with a caramel blonde and highlights.

How about highlights? without a good picture of your face I can't really tell. I'd say start subtle.

Definitely NOT. You look great, but I will admit I prefer girls with dark hair. But it goes back to the old idea of......if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
