Vitamin B and vitamin E are excellent for the skin. Getting some sun (10 minutes or so) for the vitamin D is also recommended and will help your body absorb the rest of the vitamins.
Most importantly, though, is drinking plenty of water. 2-3 quarts over the course of the day will help out a lot.
You should really be getting most of your vitamins from food, but taking a decent supplement is probably a good idea. Most multi-vitamins are useless as your body can't absorb them properly (but they make going to the loo a lot more colorful!) Try eating whole wheat bread, brown rice, and fresh fruits... they'll help out.
