if you have a shower head that comes off the wall, lay down in the tub and get comfortable. get some soap or body wash and massage ur breasts while you aim the head at your clit..... this is AMAZING!!! if the water flow is adjustable make the flow harder as you get closer adn closer to orgasm

I went out with a girl who used the shower head. She aimed as solid a stream as she needed at the right spot and ran the water until she felt good.
A bath jet would work the same way.
You need to be able to climax without internal stimulation.

it works the same way any other stimulation works. aim for the sweet spot and enjoy :) shower heads only work if they have different settings to where you can set it on pulse. jets are better. But to agree with the above answers, nothing beats the real thing.

well, I have had many women speak of this over the years and based on what I have heard its the pulsing of the water on the clitoral area that gives the pleasure.I guess that you don't want the water of the shower massage to be set on the tight direct stream cause that would be painful but you want it set at the one that shoots intermediate pulses of water.
