Peak bus fares with Oyster are frozen at £1, which now becomes a single flat Oyster fare throughout the day. Cash users will pay £2 for the same journey
All Oyster single fares are frozen across London and the Oyster daily price cap for adults remains 50p below the One Day Travelcard price

hey , youve got 2 options, either catch it or dont? dont whine about it on here cos no one can help, get in contact with your local p.t.e. but yes i agree some fares for going short distances , is some what over priced , but on the other hand you can get a day-saver at £3.50 which enables you for travel all over s.yorks all day? i used to work for first mainline as a driver, and totally agree with you, but even at first in rotherham some of the rules are different from our neighbours in sheffield? for e.g. sheff do a hopper ticket if youre only going 3 stops(regardless how far these stops are) for 60p, in roth, you will be paying£1.00 if not £1.50. same as postmen/women in sheff get free travel in certain hrs/roth have to pay regardless/and this is all done by the same company, can you work it out cos i cant??? all i can suggest is if u catch the bus frequently weigh up your options for money saving i:e:bweekly saver etc, as with my experience ask your miserable,no smiling, grumpy, get a life driver whos been up from 3am to take the angels to work for your best deal, that works for u? and no i dont work for them no more, fed up of all the complaints?
