I do get migraines sometime, and I know when I have migraines, but I get headaches all the time. They are not from dehydration, because I dink alot of water and keep myself hydrated. I eat pretty healthy, and I do not have alot of sugar. They are really annoying, but they usually go away after I take something. It's usually like one week i will get one everyday and then I will go a week or two without any bad ones. I am 17.

You should see a physician about this. At your age headaches as such are often caused by hormone fluctuations. Often it can indicate allergies as well, particularly food allergies. There are several possibilities. I am inclined to think that it is hormonal because you are female. Many girls at your age have exactly the same problem you have, and it is easy to fix. Estrogen levels that fluctuate widely (as usually happens in girls from 14 to 24 years of age) cause horrendous headaches. You can usually map them out on a calendar and it will correspond to your complete menstrual cycle. Low dose birth control pills will take care of the problem. Please go see a doctor about this.

You might be having rebound headaches. Those are headaches that are associated with taking over the counter drugs such as ibuprofen or Tylenol. If you stay away from the OTC drugs then maybe those headaches will go away. You might also be going through caffeine withdrawl and this will cause headaches too. Hope that this helps some.
