i want to lose as much weight as i can so i feel more confident when meeting him and might get the courage to ask him out please help

at the moment i am studying a lot and dont have time for the gym any help?

since gym is not an option you may wanna try boosting your metabolism.

There are several ways to increase metabolism but lets look at the factors that drive your metabolism first.

* 1. Genetics - you have very little control, but you are not a prisoner of your genes.
* 2. Lean Muscle Mass - this one throws most people off because women think, oh no I dont want muscles and men think I guess I have to look like a body builder. Lean muscle mass is simply your weight minus the weight of your organs, bones, fluids and fat. You increase lean muscle mass primarily through eating properly, resistance exercise, and a lifestyle that doesnt promote catabolizing activites (smoking, heavy drinking and drug use)
* 3. Frequency of meals - the more meals the more the metabolic processes take place in your body and the faster your metabolism.
* 4. Water Intake - dehydration is a major drag on metabolism.
Most people are dehydrated and they dont know it.
* 5. Sleep - getting enough rest allows the body to function at a higher metabolic level.

You may also want to try a weight loss eating program such as Jenny Craig or weight watchers. Be very careful of crash diets because they could have the opposite effect or cause you to rebound and you will gain more weight then you lost.

The best way to loose weight fast is a Low Carb, High Protein diet. I wouldnt recommend it though because when a person goes on this diet if they are extremely overweight it can cause a person to develop keotones in the bloodstream which can be fatal. If you loose weight too quickly you can also develop unwanted saggy skin. Try to fit exercise in with you daily routine this will help shed the lbs as well. GOOD LUCK!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

If he won't like you just the way you are now, he isn't worth dating. Be yourself. Don't lose weight to make an impression on anyone else. It won't work as a good motivator, and if he isnt' impressed, you will be let down. The only reason to change anything about you or your life, is for yourself.

I want to be rich but I don't want to work; you want to lose weight but don't have time for the gym. That's nice. Next. You either make time or you don't. How important is losing weight to you? You can't spend 2 hours a day at the gym for the next 4 months? Unlikely.
