There is a special at Dominoes for one large, up to 10 toppings for $9.99, and Pizza Hut has one large, up to 5 toppings for $9.99. Sadly, I could eat the whole thing throughout the day. I havent had pizza in a while and it sounds sooooo good. I'm in serious need of motivation! I'm proud of the way I've controlled myself so far (went from about 2300 to 1400 calories a day), and I'm starting back at the gym on Thursday. Could you share some motivational thoughts, quotes, stories or anything to keep me on track? Thanks!

It's simply not worth it. Sure, you'll enjoy the pizza while your eating it, which in total is about 20 minutes of enjoyment. Compare that with an entire day of being pissed off that you screwed up your diet. That nasty feeling your stomach gets when you eat something that's too greasy. Being disapointed with yourself that you couldn't stay commited. Picture yourself in shape, confident in the body you created, think beach. "I'm proud of the way I've controlled myself so far (went from about 2300 to 1400 calories a day), and I'm starting back at the gym on Thursday" was that for nothing?

Just eat something healthy. Eat it slow too, because it takes your brain 20 minutes to get the message that you stomach is full. After that, the cravings for pizza should go away.
