I started using a deep conditioner called 'Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor' about 4 months ago and I have noticed that my hair has grew alot since then. I think the key to growing your hair long quickly is for it to be in a good condition, and Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor definitely helps your hair get into a good condition! I don't know if there is any way to significantly speed up hair growth, but when I'm trying to speed up mine I massage my scalp when I wash & condition my hair. Be sure to use the pads of your fingertips, not the nails. I also finish off with a cold water rinse.
I'm not sure if either really helps much, but the massage feels good & the cold water rinse helps with shine too.

When i really damaged my hair a lady told me to rub olive oil in to my scalp............it made my hair greasy but it promoted hair growth, and my hair did look good after a bit!!!
There are also sea kelp supplements that you can buy from Hollands and Barretts that help your skin and nails too.

You are meant to stimulate the roots through head/scalp massages. Letting the blood rush to your head for a while is also supposed to be good as it gets the blood supply to the roots.

go to a organic store and buy 100% natural shampoo and a natural condtitoner also buy tea tree oil to use in ur hair daily
