There are so many others proposing that christians and other groups be banned from asking or answering certain questions. i understand the logic of your question...to make people think about their own attitudes and intolerance towards others. Thank God we live in a democracy where other opinions can be heard within reason! It's a learning process.

i would like to know why you count mormons in the samge category with Athiests and satanists. Because there are many christians that follow Evil in a category by themselves!?
See rev 18:4

Dont ban anyone except those who are repeatedly offensive.

No ONE church is true, or any one religion is true, including Muslims, mormons and christians. And this forum is meant to be a site that asks questions about religious topics.

No, because everyone is entitled to a voice and an opinion. If we block someone's ability to voice themselves based upon their religion, we are violating not only their US Constitution rights, but their human rights as well. If the Christians want a Christian-Only forum, they need to either ask Yahoo to make different sections in the R&S area for the many different faiths, or they need to start a Christian-Only group on the net. People are entitled to their opinion, and we can't let a single group get away with wanting to take away that right based on someone's religion.

No, I would not ban people of different religions from posting their views because without their views you would only get the same kind of answers. You need people of every kind of religion and ways of life to give answers so that you can see the answer from every angle.

I don't know where you live, but we have freedom of speech here. Yeah, I might not agree with them, but I believe that they should be heard. It would be pretty arrogant of me to think that we know best. (History has proved us wrong before and continues to do so.)

Stifling the opposition is a tactic bullies, politicians, Nazi's and other vermin use. The World would be a better place if we listened to each other instead of trying to shut the other guy up.

No, of course not. Just because I don't agree with someone else's religion or their life philosophy doesn't mean that I have the right to curtail their freedom to share their opinions, so long as that sharing is done within the confines of the Terms of Service.

Absolutely smootchin' not! Free speech as long as it isn't provoking hatred directly. If people, otherwise, have a problem with the language (outside of outright hate speech) then they need to work on taming their own self-cherishment and the ego-stuff that goes with not being able to handle someone else's viewpoint challenging them.

Yeah, great idea. But don't stop there, lets ban christians, hindus, buddhists, as well. Then only non existant people can post.

Satanists. It's ridiculous, and most commonly used just to antagonize Christians in particular.

Um Everyone is banned from posting their views. This is a Q&A board not a forum. :)
