Always try to get a good amount of sleep (most peopel need about 8 hours). This is especially important the day before the day before the test.
On caffeine, continue on whatever caffeine regimen you are on. It takes about 2 weeks for the residiual effects of caffeine to leave your system, so if your test is in less time than that, changing your caffeine intake could significantly harm your concentration and sleep. If possible, though, try to avoid caffeine during the night (say, after 4:00 PM).

Eat properly, get a good night's sleep before the test and when you need to take a break from studying, take a walk. Avoid visiting with friends in excess, and keep the volume of your music down so that your concentration is on the studies not the music.

Definitely no coffee after 3pm the day before the test. It will keep you from having restful sleep.
Also, eat a healthy breakfast the day of the test. It is important that you have good nourishment to get your brain going (it's ok to drink coffee the morning of the test).
Simple things to get your brain started in the morning helps as well...seriously...little things like counting the number of times you dry yourself with a towel...brush your hair...the number of swipes with the toothbrush. All of these little things get your brain active.
Memorize 3 license plate numbers on your way to school or work...it helps to activate your brain.
Good Luck!

liqueur.
beer.
drugs.
girls.
that should about do it =)
and yes, be sure to get enough sleep, and don't drink coffee to keep yourself awake.
Keep a healthy diet, because healthier foods make your brain cells more active! And, you won't get as tired. (But when you do get tired, go to sleep!)
plenty of rest will help your body replenish, therefor making you feel more energized for the test!
hope I helped and good luck with your test!

You definitely need plenty of rest.
Eat a healthy diet, also. Studies have shown that eating healthy makes the brain cells more active--you can retain more information and put it to better use.

Sleep is essential for learning - when you sleep, your brain sets and organizes memories. You should study, rest a bit, go on to another subject, rest a bit, go on to another subject, rest....rotate among your subjects. Then get a good night's sleep.

definatly stay away from little sleep, eat healthy and don't drink things with caffine, then it might be potty time and you'll be in the middle of finals-not a good idea.
