If you think that you are getting enough sleep (i.e. going to bed at a descent time) then you are probably not going into REM sleep.

There can be many causes for this.
You may have sleep apnea. This is where you stop breathing for a short amount of time while you're sleeping.

There are also several other reasons why you may not be sleeping well through the night including a bad or uncomfortable mattress.

I hate mornings and would rather sleep in. Have you ever worked night shifts? This was really hard to get adjusted to after not working them anymore. Or it could be that you just arent a Morning person :)

Is this all the time?
Change is key.

Are you stressed?
Is it your bed?
Is it noise near by?
Stay up to late?
Are you warm enough at night?
Is it to hot or the air dry?
Maybe your partner snores?
Is your alarm clock working properly, lol
Does the sun shine to early in your bedroom window.
Is their a street light near by that is to bright?
Maybe you're just not a morning person, lol

Take one step at a time and you'll figure it out

Goo luck

Do u go to bed too late? Or do you , really just have a hard time gettin up? If thats the case, change something about your wake-up time, something positive, in otherwords, give yourself "A benefit" to your wake-up time..... Sounds Good in theory, huh???
