You can eat more or less all fruits and vegetables. Some of these have perhaps a relatively high fat content. But all green vegetables can be eaten ad libitum. And carrots. Eat a lot of carrots. And your skin and teeth will thank you, while you at the same time are loosing weight.
No more French fries and burgers. No more diet coke. Diet coke will make you hungry.
And, by the way, remember to exercise. Swim or run.
And you'll surely have a jolly time slimming down.
Good luck!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

There is no such thing as eating as much as you want, but there is such a thing as eating to survive without feeling hungry all of the time and not gaining fat weight because you eat.

Learn about low glycemic eating. It's not just about calories. For example, things that are labeled "fat free" will convert to fat in your body because your insulin will spike in your blood stream. Insulin is your fat hormone. Storing fat from fat free foods is why people have and continue to struggle with the battle of the bulge.

Losing weight has alluded people for so many years because we have been taught wrong. It's not just calories and fat. There is good and bad fat. We need the good fat. For example, avocados are the kind of fat you need. It's called fatty acids. Olive oil, Flax Seed Oil, nuts, seeds etc... have fatty acids in them. Not to be confused with animal fat. Fatty acids break down the bad fat and lead it out of the body. Thus, there are measurable results with good choleterol rising and bad cholesterol falling when eating or supplementing with fatty acids.

Low glycemic eating, means low sugar or foods high in fiber that are nutritious. Such as fruits and vegetables. Calories are a small part of the equation for weight management. For example, I can eat a sweat potato which is considered more calories than a white potato. However, the sweat potato is low glycemic and will digest much more slowly because it's difficult to digest. Why? Because of the fiber and therefore, will not spike my insulin.

In contrast, the white potato, less in calories, will spike my insulin and I will gain fat because it is high glycemic. I will also be emmediately hungry after eating the potato. So, I cut out all french fries, potato chips, and mashed potatos out of my diet.

The point is that eating low glycemic or making low glycemic choices will help you tremendously in your food choices and eating a lot more without feeling hungry or gaining fat... The benefit, you will gain lean muscle mass and bone density from eating this way.

Celery - you can look online for a list of negative calorie foods. These foods use more calories to digest than they have in them. I know celery is one of them.
