lastnight my palms started to itch and then it went around my hands and then my feet started to itch, it was so bad, i tried using lotion but it didn't help, then i put my hands in hot water and that helped, they still itched a lil more but it eventually went away, i wanna know y it happened, i didn't touch anything, so help if u can

Two possible causes of the itching that I can think of: One is dermatitis - you would have probably noticed dry or red skin beforehand; another possibility is an allergic reaction to something, possibly food. You might be able to narrow the problem down a little, by recalling what you were doing right before the itching started, and any other symptoms before the itching. There are also other more serious causes.

i think u should contact doctor if u dont it will get more dry and skin peeling off
