The Sample Meal Plan
Meal 1: Breakfast
5 Ounces oatmeal (150 grams)
2 Slices wheat toast
1 Banana
4 Egg whites
1 Yolk
1 Multivitamin/mineral pack

Meal 2: Midmorning snack
1 Orange
1 whey protein shake (mixed with nonfat milk or juice)

Meal 3: Lunch
5 Ounces (150 grams) skinless chicken breast
7 Ounces (200 grams) baked potato or 3.5 ounces (100 grams) rice
3.5 Ounces (100 grams) mixed vegetables
1 Gram vitamin C

Meal 4: Midafternoon snack
1 Whey protein shake (mixed with juice or nonfat milk)

Meal 5: Dinner
7 Ounces (200 grams) extra-lean beef
10.5 Ounces (300 grams) baked potato

You want to do strenuous activity such as cycling or weightlifting to build muscles. Diet just gives your body the nutrients. You'd be looking for proteins, so eggs, meat, fish, and pulses are all good.

steak and veg are good muscle foods but calf foot soup is the best for muscles there is no meat on the calfs feet just white gelatine type stuff it was used as an old time food for people with muscle waste and cripples, apparently it is a dish in africa these days to you can get calf feet at multicultural shops dont ask how you cook them i know they are boiled but probably for a day or two i dont know

take a boiled potato every breakfast n also egg will work for tree times a week, manage ur sleep to 7 or 8 hours n exercise n exercise n exercise, if u wanna take protein do it after 3 or 4 month so that your body will attract it well. avoide smokin n drinkin

Eat a lot of vegetables
Dont eat a lot of fruit because there is a lot of sugar and that is not that good for you but mostly just eat vegetables
because they help you grow strong
also eat a little bit of meat
you get pretty tired of eating vegetables all day

Loads and loads of protein! Try your normal diet with some protein shakes, add some weight lifting and a bit of cardio and you should see some muscles!!
