You can't do it with a jpeg...only .gif picture files can be animated

You might use a .GIF file instead of a JPEG file. GIF files can be either a single fixed photo or an 'Animated GIF'. You can use a program such as 'GIF Animator' to combine a sequence of photos into a 'mini-movie' animated GIF. You can specify whether you want it to run once from beginning to end or repeat in a loop.

You then upload the .gif file to your page and when the page loads in someone's browser, the movie runs.

You would have to get a program like Animation Shop, and animate them together by fading. But, it wouldn't be jpeg, it would be gif.

You cant! In order to do this the image would have to be an animated gif file. Convert your images to gif and download the microsoft gif animator.

a bit confusing wat u mean? Do you mean 'layering'. Then when you play the animation it looks like your moving through the JPEG image? in which case make a number of layers (one for forground one for middle and one for background etc..) maybe even one for a part of the image that is paticularly fond to you. the use the timeline thingy at the bottom left of the screen to move the image arround then save and there we go! is dat your meaning?
