leftovers usually keep in the fridge for at least a week. That chili should be just fine. I have eaten chili that has been that old before and it was A-Okay.

I only go up to 4 days with my left-overs, but thats just me!
I've heard that you shouldnt rely on taste or smell, coz it can be deceiving, and can still be high in bacteria.

Shouldn't be a problem. That being said, if I question something, I don't eat it. It's fully cooked, and been properly refrigerated, you will be fine.

As long as it was fully cook, and kept cold: then it's fine. If it hasn't been kept cold then toss it.

Try a bite. If it tastes OK, great--if not, spit it out and throw it out.
