I have a book here called "How to Repair Food". It says to either increase the volume of the sauce, or add a couple pinches of brown sugar and the taste won't be noticeable.

Answer to Question: You are disgusting! You should always wash your hands! I have gotten servers fired for not washing their hands. One server went to make a salad for me. I could see her from where I was sitting. She decided to brush her hair and then she blew her nose. She did NOT wash her hands. She used her bare hands to get some lettuce out of a container, then used her bare hands to get the tomatoes and onions and cucumbers. I watched this and wondered if it was my salad, sure enough, it was! When she brought it, I told her to take it back and bring the manager out to me. I made no secret of it and I told the manager what happened. Since I was a regular in that restaurant, he knew me well enough to know I would not make that up. He fired her on the spot! She was not the first, nor has she been the last server I have reported, thusly! I hope the other chef DOES turn you in! YOU are out of order, not him! I hope I never go to your restaurant! PLEASE tell me you do not live in Florida!?!?!

cook another load of spaghetti without seasoning the water, then bale out as much of the spaghetti alraedy cooked with the meat and stir in the fresh lot. You could also stir in some heated chopped tinned tomatoes.

Quarter a couple of potatoes and let them simmer in the pot for a half hour or so. It should soak up some of the salt, hopefully.

A few peeled and sliced spuds put in for a while while you gently simmer it should help a great deal.
You won't get any chefs on here - all too busy on TV or writing about it!

You could add more sauce but the result is always going to be the same, too much salt in it is going to be bad for you, don't eat it, start again

I did this once with a sauce - I put a raw potato in it - it soaked up a lot of the salt - try it.
