Most schools will do an exam to see where you are. I would have to say that if you think you are ahead then that is great but if your age says you should be in x grade then that is what they will put you in. Most of the time public schools go by the age and not the intelligence of the child, however you would be allowed to take advanced placement classes. Now I am not 100% sure on that but that has been my experience. I don't know of any sites that you can go to, to take tests either, but if I think of one Ill send it your way. Good luck! As always I support home schooling 200% so I would be for you continuing your education through home school and not public school as you could finish faster being home schooled. Have fun!! Stephanie

I haven't heard of a site, but I can offer you some personal experiences.

If you are interested in going to school, you would need to find a school your interested in attending, and they would set you up with the necessary tests, to see where you place , and what you would need to do if you were to decide to attend. You can do all this without committing to go .

I was home schooled, along with my 4 siblings. 2 of which graduated through homeschooling, and 2 of who finished their schooling at a school. Each way worked , as 2 right now are in college, and one with a professional career, and the last is finishing school this year !

Either way, set goals and complete them and you will succeed . Don't be afraid to ask questions and reach out , do what works for you !

Best of luck to you !

First, depending on how old you are you can tell what your grade should be.

I think it usually works:

14 - Freshman
15- Sophomore
16 - Junior
17 - Senior.

Depending on your birthday that may change but that's the basic idea. If you're homeschooled, statistically speaking, you're probably ahead.

All the other answers are great answers, but I would first talk to
your parents first. Then talk to your Pastor, friends and so on.
That will get the ball rolling. Best of luck in your future.

The high school you choose to go to will test you and place you or you may call your local school district and ask them
