And people say that all the atheists ever post are hateful questions. :-)
I don't have a problem with the nice Christians who try to keep other people's Point of View in mind. I suppose every religion has nutjobs.

yes they do, so i would believe. Ive noticed myslef with alot of these religion boards that it may very well be that a large number of athiests simply have no idea what athiestic groups do. Christians may be the primary population of the u.s. in general but not all communities in the u.s. are that way.At my highschool you cannot pray, period or talk about "god". You can get diciplined for it (took an athiest kid to get upset about it tho).also there are groups (younger) that band together and rally at churches to protest religion as a whole. it is dumb i know but its true here. Iam sure alot of this happens in other places and you won't hear about it in the media cuz its the politically correct thing to do. The colarado state court does not allow christians (or soon wont be) to sit on jury, because this guy claimed its a violation of church and state that these christians draw there decisions based on their own beliefs. Thats racism and bigotry sanctioned by the government right there.(however i see the whole religion part of the issue as a front ,not the actual issue). I have no problem with the common everday joe schmo athiest at all. I dont judge them because it is against christianity to do so. however It is hard to appreciate those who protest your freedom of religion.

Yes, I've noticed it and it doesn't give me hope exactly but it is nice that some believers are open-minded and happy to debate, rather than frothing at the mouth psychos. Unfortunately, we then have to listen to others, some who are alive and kicking on this very thread (naming no names...... cough cough...... godsapostolic and jjnsao .......cough cough) who send my hope crashing to the ground in flames.

Heh hee, that was funny. Just remember that we do not get saved for being good, of course we try to be good, but we fall short from the glory of God.
And Atheists do not have owner rights for sarcasm..heh hee

I apalogize on behalf of all Christians if we seem arrogant. Howerver, u must understand that we believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. It instructs us to tell everyone about Jesus Christ. Are soul goal in live is to display love. If we do not have love we have nothing.

Unfortunately, they are few and far between. A prime example is Wideeyedsoutherner, who is extremely open minded.
