My boyfriends ex-girlfriend still likes him and is trying to break us up. His family hates her and thinks she is a physco. She tells everyone she is over him, but when he's around she acts like she still does. She even wrote a poem on him for our English class and handed it in. She has a boyfriend now, but is basicall like if I can't have him, nobody can. She's a b**** and when they were going out they did stuff(not sex) but everything else. She was 16 and he was 18 at the time its now two years later. Whenever she's mad she treatens to report him for statuatory rape. But they didn't have sex and everything they did she agreed to do, so she wasn't forced. I hate her and want to confront her and so does he. He's afraid though she'll report him. I'm not though, actually I'm going to talk to her about it today. But it's annoying and I try not to let it bother me or show that it does bother me. Help?!?

best is to leave her alone and focus on being happy with your boyfriend. dont waste your energy hating her. send her love thoughts and continue to being happy and enjoy all the beautiful moments with your boyfriend. stay exciting and your boyfriend will eventually ignore her too and you both can get on with your wonderful future.
good luck

Become her "best friend" crazy girl. You and your boyfriend should show her how happy you are together in front of her. Its mean and will make her mad. Then you both need to tell your parents what is going on what she is doing and what you should do.
Then tell the school board. If not - you need to get away from this chick both of you.
Ignore her - she needs to go to a looney bin - FOR REAL

Its too late. Statitory rape only works if the person is under 18 and RAPE itself can only be reported within ONE year. Plus... she has NO CASE.. she cant prove anything happened, so she might as well forget that. Tell him to IGNORE HER COMPLETELY... she'll either get the hint or get bored and move on to torture someone else. Good luck

Try not to let it get to you, otherwise she is going to win. I know it's seriously hard, but try to keep ignoring her and laugh in her face, this will show that you are not afraid of her, hopefully if she sees that her pathetic little campaign is not working, she might get bored of it and stop.
Can't you speak to a school counsellor about it all? That way, if things do turn nasty you have someone impartial who can offer advice and hopefully stick up for you?
Good luck :-)

If he is 20, how does he bump into her? He should not be threatened by her threat of statutory rape. He never did anything with her. She will be laughed out of court...this kind of rape only really holds with older men and paternity lawsuits. And, he should stand by his conviction. He should file an order of restraint against her...she is harassing him and stalking him. Don't talk to her!! Don't have any contact with her, if at all possible. Its none of your business and it will only exacerbate the situation. Seriously. To "slap" her one is grounds for asult.

I agree, she hasn't got a case for that and is just stooping to low depths to punish him and split you guys up.
All i can say is that this is pure jealousy and if he's too scared, you need to confront her and give her a good slap. She's got somebody else and she needs to have respect for everyone including herself and move on....just lay down the law, slap her one, and then just ignore her. She's enjoying the attention she is still getting so when she doesn't get it anymore she'll give up eventually i'm sure, but good luck!

Have you ever heard that song "Earl" by the Dixie chicks? Just jokin, try to stay uninvolved. Let your boyfriend deal with it. Just be supportive of him. He should report her harrassment to the police so there is a record on his behalf.

This is not real life. When you get a little older you won't believe you were worried about these kinds of things. Fake it. Write a journal. Don't stoop to her level.

Stay out of it. It's not your business. Let the two of them sort it out. Distance yourself emotionally from this - it can only be ugly. Be above it all.
